Day 1 : Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding

  • Flight: 30-40 minutes from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 m)
  • Trek: 3-4 hours to Phakding (2,610 m)
  • Highlights: Scenic flight into Lukla; easy hike to start the trek, passing small Sherpa villages and forests.

Day 2 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar

  • Trek: 6-7 hours (3,440 m)
  • Highlights: Cross suspension bridges and enjoy your first views of Everest. Namche Bazaar is a vibrant Sherpa town with shops and cafes.

Day 3 : Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

  • Activities : Explore Namche Bazaar and go for a short hike to the Everest View Hotel or the Khumjung village.
  • Highlights : Spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam; learn about Sherpa culture.

Day 4 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

  • Trek: 5-6 hours (3,870 m)
  • Highlights: Enjoy views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku. Reach Tengboche Monastery, a spiritual center with stunning mountain views.

Day 5 : Tengboche to Dingboche
