Nepal Nexus was founded by Ram Prasad Tripathi after more than 30 years of guiding travellers across Nepal. From Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp to Manaslu, Langtang and Kanchenjunga, Ram has spent his life helping people walk Nepal's mountain trails safely and meaningfully. When you write to us, your trip is shaped around your pace, your season and your reason for coming to Nepal.
It started in the early 1990s, and not as a career. Ram went up into the hills as a traveller himself, and the long days on foot, the quiet of the high valleys and the people met along the way settled the matter quickly. He kept going back, learned the routes season by season, and turned what he loved into the work. More than thirty years later he is still on the trail.
We are a local Kathmandu trekking company built on field experience, personal care and honest advice. No generic package push. Just a clear route, a careful plan and a team that talks to you directly.

When to trek in Nepal
The two best windows, explained.
Nepal has two classic trekking seasons: post-monsoon (late Sep to Nov) and pre-monsoon (Mar to May). Outside those windows the mountains are quieter but demand sharper planning. We can advise on the right window for your fitness and goals.

Confirm your trek
Once you approve the proposal, a 20% deposit confirms your trek. The balance is paid when you arrive in Kathmandu.

Arrive and walk prepared
Briefing, permits and trail support are handled with care by the team.
